Rise Women Conference
The Rise Women Conference brought to life through a complete conference room setup, from staging and lighting to guest seating and technical production.
From an empty room to a complete conference.
The film follows the production from the first materials arriving on site through stage construction, technical setup and final room preparation. A branded stage, panel seating, lighting, screens and dressed round tables came together to create the finished Rise Women Conference environment.
Delivered by one team.
Stage production
A raised stage, branded backdrop, panel seating and lectern formed the focus of the conference room.
Technical setup
Lighting, sound and display equipment were installed and prepared for the programme.
Room preparation
Round tables, covered chairs and guest settings completed the conference environment.
