Africa Regional Conference on Education and Skills
Conference and exhibition preparation for the Africa Regional Conference on Education and Skills, from equipment arrival to staging, lighting and branded exhibition booths.
A conference built from the ground up.
The event film follows the team bringing equipment into the venue, moving production cases and preparing the conference environment. Stage structures and lighting take shape in the main hall, while exhibition booths, branded panels and dressed tables create spaces for participating organisations beyond the stage.
Delivered by one team.
Production preparation
Equipment handling and installation brought the conference setting together inside the venue.
Stage and lighting
Truss structures, stage equipment and lighting formed the technical setting in the main hall.
Exhibition environment
Partitioned booths, branded panels and dressed tables defined the exhibition areas.
